Looking for a fun weekend activity for you or your child this winter? Well, look no further. Alley-Oop is excited to introduce our Weekend Warrior Skim Program that will be taking place select weekends throughout the winter.

We will be offering two day Skim Camps for the kids, discounted private lessons and free Skim lessons with board rentals for riders of all ages. The program is a great way to enjoy a weekend full of beach fun and try out Skimboarding with the Alley-Oop crew!

On December 1st Kulcha Shok will begin the waiting period for the 5th Annual Dirty South Surf, Skim, and SUP contest in South Beach Miami.

Alley-Oop will be helping to put on the Skimboard portion of this event and supporting with prizes for top competitors.

Alley-Oop would like to offer you the chance to try out Skimboarding with us! On the first Saturday of every month we will be offering a free skimboarding clinic right down the street from our shop here in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, FL.

Our Skim Clinics start at 9am with a beach clean up and then move into group instruction and demonstration until about 10:30am. All ages welcome!
Look for our Alley-Oop tent and a bunch of Skimboards just north of the pier, on the beach at the end of Commercial Blvd.

Check out a series of videos from our 2011 Advanced Session of Skim Camp in Dewey Beach, DE. These kids are the future of Skimboarding! Watch as they push themselves through a week of skim challenges, instruction, competition, and good ole fashion beach fun at summer camp.

A couple of these kids ride for Zap, Exile, and Alley-Oop and will surely be the ones to watch as they progress skimboarding to the future.
